Our Story?
Since the 1980s, Zimbabwe has been home to some of the most exceptional business leaders, who have successfully steered top companies both locally and internationally. However, despite their remarkable achievements, we had not effectively harnessed their wisdom and expertise to benefit future generations.
The Youth CEOs Network was established to address this gap, founded on the realization that CEOs who engage with industry peers experience a significant enhancement in executive effectiveness. We provide platform for young CEOs and young ambitious business individuals.
Our network was launched in 2025 to provide a platform for CEOs to connect, share experiences, and gain actionable insights from peers with relevant, real-world expertise.
Who We Are?
Youth CEOs Network of Zimbabwe is an exclusive Young CEO peer group organization dedicated to empowering Young CEOs through transformative learning and development opportunities. The Youth CEOs Network of Zimbabwe (YCNZ) executes its core mission through five strategic activity pillars, driving youth economic participation by blending executive access, high impact capacity building and market exposure. Central to this approach are structured Executive Networking Events and Business Seminars & Conferences, designed to bridge the gap between emerging leaders and established industry figures. By hosting business mixers, CEO dialogues and thematic economic forums, YCNZ creates direct channels for high-level policy engagement and leadership development, ensuring young entrepreneurs contribute meaningfully to national economic discourse. This operational ecosystem is sustained through continuous Mentorship & Industry Exposure, offering young professionals immersive corporate visits and ongoing engagement with regulatory bodies. By pairing practical industry immersion with structured strategic partnerships, YCNZ establishes a complete pipeline for youth enterprise growth—taking young leaders from initial access and professional development to investment-ready, market-integrated businesses.
